Bike Path, September 2005 — Taken while rollerblading, this series recorded the colors of the sky during one autumn afternoon along the east bay bike path. The evolution of the day—subtle color variations and transformations—are documented on this strip. The story of the path is the story if movement, mobility and change. The notion of capturing a place while moving though it—literally, on wheels—is conveyed through the striation of the sequence.
